Information you choose to share
Forms collect your name, email, phone number, and message. Bookings also include your subject, academic level, date, time, session length, format, optional guardian contact, and requested meeting address for in-person sessions.
How it is used and stored
Dassen Stemi Stephen uses these details to arrange tutoring and communicate about your session. Booking records, charges, and deposit-verification status are stored in a private booking database. Your address and contact details are visible only through password-protected administrator access. Public availability responses contain start times only, not student names or addresses.
Service providers
The production booking database uses Neon Postgres. When email delivery is configured, Resend delivers inquiries and booking notifications to the tutor. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. The hosting provider processes the technical information needed to serve the website.
Payment
Your final booking step shows instructions for a $10 Zelle security deposit. Payments are made in your banking app. The website does not collect banking credentials, card numbers, or bank-account information. Dassen manually verifies payment receipt.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use advertising trackers or save student form details in browser storage. A secure administrator-session cookie is used when the tutor signs in. Security services may process the technical information needed to protect the site.
Younger students
A parent or guardian should submit inquiries for children under 13. Younger students should ask a parent or guardian before sharing contact information or a meeting address.
Corrections, cancellations, and deletion
Contact Dassen to correct your details, request deletion, or cancel a session. Booking records are retained until the tutor removes them; cancelling releases the time but does not itself delete the record or automatically refund any payment. View contact options.
